Who we are

Facilities4u is a deep cleaning company based in Mahadevapura, East Bengaluru. Deep cleaning is the whole of what we do — we are not a facility management firm, and we do not supply daily housekeeping staff. Narrowing to one trade is what lets us train properly for it.

Today we run teams across 53+ areas of the city and offer 33 deep cleaning services, from a single sofa shampoo to a full post-construction handover. Every person who arrives at your door is our own employee, trained on our process and paid by us. We do not subcontract, because the moment you do, you lose control of the thing customers actually judge you on.

What we believe

A quote should be an honest estimate

The most common complaint about cleaning services in Bengaluru is the price going up midway through the job. All our prices start from our published base rates, and we provide a transparent, upfront estimate based on your property size before work begins. If the scope genuinely changes — you ask for cabinet interiors that were not in the original brief — we tell you the cost before doing it, not afterwards.

You should know who is in your home

Every cleaner and technician is police-verified, uniformed and carries a photo ID. For corporate sites and gated communities we send staff documentation in advance so your security team can check it. This is not an optional add-on for us.

Tell the customer what is actually possible

Some things cannot be fixed by cleaning. Hard water that has etched shower glass over a decade will lighten but never fully clear. Ink on upholstery may not come out. A supervisor who tells you that before starting is more useful than one who takes the money and leaves you disappointed, so that is what ours are trained to do.

The walkthrough is the real test

Every job ends with a supervisor walking you through the work against a written checklist. Anything you flag gets redone before the team leaves. Notice something within 48 hours and we come back at no charge. A company that will not do a walkthrough is telling you something.

What we do — and what we don’t

Our work splits into three areas: home deep cleaning, upholstery and fabric care, and commercial deep cleaning. Residential customers usually find us for a full home clean, sofa cleaning or a move-out clean. Commercial clients typically come to us for a one-off office deep clean or a post-construction handover.

We do not do facility management, deployed housekeeping staff, pest control or water tank cleaning. If you ask us for one of those we will say so plainly rather than take the booking and improvise — and where we can, we will point you to someone who does it properly.

Every price on this site is a starting rate, not a fixed package figure. What you actually pay depends on the size and condition of your property and exactly what you want included, so the only accurate estimate comes from a short conversation. Call or WhatsApp us, and we will give you a clear estimate tailored to your space before anything is booked — nothing gets added afterwards without your consent.
