We keep data collection to what we need in order to quote and deliver a service.
Information you give us
- Your name and contact number
- Your service address and property details
- The service you are enquiring about and your preferred dates
- Your email address, if you contact us by email
- Any specific requirements you tell us, such as allergies or pets
Information collected automatically
This website is a set of static pages and does not use tracking cookies of its own. If we later add analytics, this policy will be updated to name the tool and explain what it records before it goes live.
How we use it
- To prepare a quotation and confirm your booking
- To assign and route the right team to your property
- To contact you about the job, including scheduling changes
- To raise invoices and process payment
- To follow up on quality and handle any complaint or redo request
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who we share it with
Access is limited to the staff and supervisors assigned to your job, and to service providers who need it to support our operations - for example payment processors and our accountant. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.
WhatsApp and phone contact
When you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. We use these channels to respond to your enquiry and coordinate your booking. We may send you service-related messages about a job you have booked; we do not add you to marketing broadcast lists without your consent, and you can ask us to stop messaging you at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to twelve months. Records of completed jobs are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently eight years. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
How we protect it
Access is restricted to staff who need it. Our team is trained on confidentiality, and staff working at your premises are police-verified. For commercial clients we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement covering everything our teams see on site.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or stop contacting you. Write to info@facilities4u.in or call 099025 55786 and we will respond within thirty days.
Children
Our services are contracted by adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date above. Material changes will be communicated to active contract clients directly.
