- Inside of appliances. We clean them outside only.
- Removal of gum, glue, tape, sticker, paint and cement marks. These are quoted separately.
- Pest control and water tank cleaning. We do not do these.
Why we publish this list
A common complaint about home cleaning is missed spots. A written list fixes most of that. You know what to expect before you book, and you can check every item before you pay the balance.

What is included in a full home deep cleaning?
Our full home deep cleaning covers every room from top to bottom: ceiling and fan dusting, cobweb removal, doors, windows, furniture dusting, sofa and mattress vacuuming, appliances (outside), kitchen cabinets inside and outside, bathroom descaling, balconies, and machine scrubbing of all floors as the final step.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
It is best if someone is available at the start to show the team around and at the end to check the work. You do not need to stay for the full duration.
What if I am not satisfied?
Flag it during the walkthrough and the team redoes that area on the spot. If you notice something within 48 hours, call us and we send a team back at no charge.
