When should I book move-out cleaning?
Book it for after your things are moved out. An empty flat is faster to clean, and the team can reach every cupboard, corner and window track.
How much does move-out cleaning cost in Bangalore?
At Facilities4u, move-out cleaning starts at ₹2,500 for a 1 RK, ₹3,500 for a 1 BHK, ₹4,500 for a 2 BHK and ₹5,500 for a 3 BHK. These are starting prices. The final figure is agreed with you before the team begins.
Will a clean flat get my full deposit back?
Not always. The deposit depends on your rental agreement and the condition of the flat, including repairs and painting. A clean flat removes one common reason for deductions.
Can I use this checklist to clean the flat myself?
